at the intersection of story, justice, & care
my work in culture change & facilitation
As a facilitator and trainer, I’ve worked with organisations like YoungMinds, The Fawcett Society, Bold Voices, Split Banana, Bloody Good Period, UK Reads, NSPCC, and Esteem. I’ve led anti-racism and inclusion strategies, feminist leadership programmes, and AI and equity innovation projects, helping teams embed justice, joy, and wellbeing into their cultures.
At YoungMinds, I helped to lead the charity’s Anti-Racism, Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (AJEDI) strategy, embedding structural change, looking at how we meet people where they are at, and partnering with young people to shape campaigns. As a consultant for The Fawcett Society, I created feminist design thinking tools for AI and technology, supporting women across the UK to design workplace solutions rooted in equality and care.
I bring together activism, artistry, and applied learning, using storytelling as a bridge between ideas and action. My sessions are hands-on, emotionally intelligent, and full of energy. I believe learning should feel like discovery, not discipline.

my background
I hold an MA in Gender, Violence & Conflict and a First-Class BA in International Development from the University of Sussex. I’ve trained in trauma-informed practice, counselling, and mental health first aid, and I’ve led international youth participation projects exploring democracy, belonging, and social innovation.
At heart, I’m interested in culture, the stories we tell, the systems we build, and how both can change. My work isn’t just about naming what’s wrong; it’s about reimagining what’s possible.
My work has been recognised with awards including:
Young Campaigner of the YeaR
2024
frontline 50: grassroots impact
2022
YOFO Legend Award for inspiring young people

My roots in activism
I found my way into activism at fifteen. I joined a youth voice group that changed everything for me. A decade later, I’m now a trustee for that very same organisation, helping other young people find their voices too.
I went on to co-found Our Schools Now, part of the Our Streets Now campaign that successfully pushed for a law against Public Sexual Harassment. But I’ve always known the law alone isn’t enough, what we really need is cultural change, the kind that starts in classrooms, conversations, and communities.
My activism has carried me from grassroots organising to policy rooms, from community halls to TEDx stages, national media, and parliamentary panels. What I’ve learned along the way is simple: the most powerful movements aren’t fuelled by confrontation, but by community, care, and creativity.
