Through stories, reflection, and the brave work of doing things differently. I partner with organisations who want to move beyond awareness tick boxing exercises into action, weaving participation, gender equality, and culture change into the heart of what they do. That might look like redesigning youth participation so it’s actually led by young people, creating training on menstruation and gender inequality in the workplace, or helping teams build cultures rooted in care, accountability, and belonging.

I’ve worked across so many different spaces, from grassroots movements to national charities, classrooms to corporate boardrooms, and I’m always up for supporting new contexts and communities.

I’m a facilitator by nature, which means I’m excellent at holding people through their learning journeys: balancing challenge with care, curiosity with clarity, and making sure everyone feels safe enough to grow.
